The war of attrition in Ukraine, the hybridization of threats, the return of power politics, the vulnerability of supply chains, and multidomain confrontation all reveal a form of conflict that has become truly global. Faced with this strategic shift, Western powers are rediscovering the importance of mass, endurance, human resources, and national resilience, forcing them to fundamentally rethink their defence models.
